Age restrictions to Join forum

Hi my daugther wishes to join this forum is she allowed to, she is age 12.

I think as long as they don't leave silly comments and be sensible its fine, after all most kids this age use facebook, as long we explain the dangers of not giving out personal details to people they don't know and only contact their friends its fine, I always tell my daugther to report back to me if she is bullied or left nasty feedback etc because I know she has joined a horse forum.
My daugther would love to contact Juv forum friends!!! some of her friends have Guinea pigs, but some kids her age think she is potty!
