Can we do a virtual 'breed' specific show please mods?

Hello mods,

After chatting to other Himmi peeps that are not going to be able to make it to the Himmi only show in December in Birmingham, i joked that we should have a virtual Himmi show on here.

Is it something that we could actually do?

I see it as a bit like the 'cavy of the month' feature, so we could post in a pic of a Himmi and get a nominated person to 'judge' them and award a virtual rosette or something.

We could do different breeds as well - Us Himmi peeps aren't 'breedist'

It certainly sounds like a good bit of fun! Obviously pics are pics and only so much can be seen from them, but if done as a bit of fun and not to be taken too seriously, I like the idea!

We could have 'real' judges nominated to..well, do the judging! lol

I think its a great idea! - i thought about it too! maybe like you said breed specific! and invite 'judges'! LOL! should be do-able but being only virtual would be a limit to what they could actually judge on!

Yipeeeee. Please please can we!! Would be harder to judge swiss, teddies and etc but can get an idea from pics......... Just a bit of fun.

What a good idea, I know with horses they do a similar thing with judging dressage tests online

I don't actually remember that Caroline ! But anyway, my current frame of mind says it is a good idea!

I will get the ball rolling tonight by setting up a section for it. We will need volunteers with good show knowledge....i.e. to write up virtual schedules, and judges willing to participate!
