re there intstuctions anywhere to help me upload a picture for my profile??

How do you upload a photo so its not the same as a newbie guinea pigture??? (If you know what I mean) Is there a set of instructions anywhere Please let me know cos Im a bit rubbish at uploading Thankyou in advance

It's called an "avatar", you click on the "profile" link at the top of the page... then select avatar from the tabs x
